Team Meetings, task 5 pre production

Week 1- Team meeting

• This we discussed what role everyone should take.
• We created the storyboard together deciding what shot comes next and what order it should be in.
• We discussed what would be the issues whilst filming and how to take action upon it.
• Who should initially deal with the problems.
• We made a script that puts the film in order, and the actors in order to guide them.
• We would print it out for them on the day or before so they could learn what they're doing, not the lines as there is no dialogue.
• We discussed what's the final locations that we should include in the film, asking permission and taking pictures of them.
• We have got both pur actors on board in order for them to film on the day.

We will address all of these points and sort through them this week, in preparation for the actual filming process. This is necessary to know what we have ad haven't done so we can complete it on time so that the filming stage happens quicker and on time.
