The director's role is to make sure there are actors, schedule times and places, and looks after every cast member, making sure there are no problems, if so then solves them as soon as possible.
The producers roles are to edit them film, at look at what should be in the film and what shouldn't be in the film.Also manages financial and manageable aspects to it.
The camera person, films/ operates the actors, decides on locations and settings.
The sound women, creates the voice-overs in this case and decides what sounds digetic or not should be in the short film.
The continuity person is also the director because it is a similar role, where we see how it flows, what works and what does not in the short film.
From this we know the responsibilities of each cast member, and who you should go to with a specific problem.
