Checklist and feedback for pre production tasks

This checklist helps me to see if i have blogged everything for pre production tasks according to what the brief has asked for and the sheet is filled in stating that everything is ready on my blog

Location release, task 5 - pre production

This is the location release for the cargo container, permission by Gemma and Vanessa, this helps us film without any disturbances. And gives us authorisation. This could also be used if something were to happen to the cargo they would know when we used it etc.

Actors

This is one of our actors, 'stephen' he is very reliable as he goes to our college, making the communication easier between us and the actor. he is reachable and can act really well as he does performing arts he has the motivation to do well. He fits our criteria and has the wardrobe we need. The female actor has not been found yet.

Risk Assessment - task 5 pre production

Summary of findings

The only thing we have to worry about for the hollow ponds location is in the forest we will be filming what time and the weather conditions.

For the second location the cargo we got a risk assessment from the women in charge of the containment who gave us permission to film there with the circumstances we clear and put everything back in. So filming on time and giving an extra hour or so to put everything back will be necessary to think about.

Call sheet - pre production task 5

This is the call sheet that establishes when and where the scenes will take place, this helps us to schedule each scene, and decide what is better for the weather changes and actors busy schedules.

More pictures of Hollow Ponds

Specific images of the actual area we are filming in:

These images show the stump that the character anjali will fall on, so we know where to go when we get there and arent spending time looking for an area. we can just directly go there

More pictures of the cargo

These images contain the belongings in the cargo that we would have to take out and put back so we should film an hour before and after so we can do this. This shows us how much we actually need to take out preparing us for on the day
